Your Role

In this role, you will be part of the Network Practice within Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) group where you will apply your industry-specific expertise combined with strong technical knowledge to help our Clients shaping the industry of tomorrow.

  • Shape our business by developing the most innovative and differentiated industry assets and offerings to create value for our clients.  
  • Build and maintain globally distributed ecosystems and align internal resources to deploy industry solutions and business services in the marketplace 
  • Lead the design and delivery of industry solutions and business services for our Clients, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership 


Accenture Consulting’s Network Practice  is at the heart of the CM&T industry, helping our clients to innovate and transform their businesses and how they plan, build, launch and operate network and service platforms

Your Experience and skills 

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+  years of proven experience gained in Consulting companies, Telco Operators or Network Providers: 
  1. Define client issues and shape and deliver solutions to deliver business outcomes
  2. Design and execution of project and project structures, including project deliverables, team management and client management
  3. Support project deliveries and manage team members 
  4. Add value and transform businesses through Industry, functional and technology knowledge working with a wide range of stakeholders
  5. Design of solution architectures to address problems and requirements
  6. Defining and integrating technical solutions into  an organization`s strategy, vision, and aspirations 
  • Deep Understanding of the Communications and Media industry  
  1. ITIL and ETOM process frameworks 
  2. IT OSS solutions 
  3. Network technologies and vendors
  4. Network planning, design, build and operations 
  • Ability to demonstrate a number of skills in the following: 
  1. Network protocols and standards (e.g. TCP/IP, 4G LTE)
  2. Service Platforms (IPTV, IMS, VoIP, etc..)
  3. Network Function Virtualization and Software Defined Networks 
  4. Cloud Computing
  5. Big Data and Network Analytics
  6. Application Architectures and System Integration 
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Dutch language skills are preferred
