Business Development Manager– Accenture Cloud First

That’s why we are looking for you to expand our team with Salesforce functional consultants.

 

Job description

As Business Development Manager you will become part of the Cloud First practice where you will work, on a project basis, in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of projects. As functional Salesforce consultant, you are specialized in Salesforce which enables you to provide specialist expertise to clients. You are knowledgeable of the technology of Salesforce and will act as a consultant in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects at enterprise and medium-small business clients. You have a proper understanding of implementing Salesforce capabilities, both from a functional and technical perspective.

 

You’re able to work in teams and/or guide teams that will successfully deliver the Salesforce project. Your team trusts and builds on your expertise and capabilities regarding the following areas: 

  • Delivering Salesforce projects from start to finish on time, within budget and meet customer satisfaction;
  • Design and configure relevant solutions in complex environments that help clients become high-performance businesses;
  • Managing teams of highly qualified functional- and technical resources, both onshore as well as offshore.
  • Presenting and leading sessions and requirements workshops, based on Agile Delivery Process;

Basic qualifications


Qualifications 

  • A Combination of 10+ years of consulting, sales, marketing and business development experience.

Preferred Skills        

  • Excellent sales skills – Understanding of the sales cycle and how to advance it in our world.  
  • Strong work ethic and track record of success.
  • Prior experience selling Services.  The ability to sell intangibles.  Ideally someone who has sold Salesforce integration services in the past;
  • Industry Domain Expertise – Execute the consultative sales model and speak fluently as to the specific issues related to focus industries;
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry;
  • Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments, etc);
  • Executive level sales experience in consulting/professional services; demonstrable experience developing relationships and revenue from named and new accounts;
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent leadership and management skills;
