As an IT Service Management Consultant you will advise our clients on the organizational and technical aspects of bringing IT Service Management to a next level. You will work on innovative solutions in the context of today’s methodologies using the best of ITIL, Agile, Safe, Scrum, DevOps and Design Thinking.

We are looking for people with the following qualifications:
- Graduates with a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the areas of Business or IT
- Team player with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and willing to learn Dutch
- You are creative, client focused and mindset to deliver value to our clients
- Experience in driving sustainable, organizational change.
- Experience with project and/or consulting type of work is a plus, and a requirement for the more senior roles in our team.
