The Digital Commerce traineeship is a program specifically designed to kick-start your career as a Digital Business Analyst. In four weeks, a select group of industry experts will make sure you get a head start by learning the ins- and outs of major commerce and content platforms like SAP Hybris, Bloomreach and Adobe Experience Manager and getting an understanding of the full range of commerce offerings available at Accenture Interactive.

Your profile

  • A completed master’s degree in an IT or Business-related study;
  • Maximum 2 years working experience;
  • Proven affinity for Digital and Commerce;
  • You like to be part of a young team with mixed cultures and international opportunities;
  • You are interested in the combination of business and digital technology and at the same time enjoy the informal digital agency mindset.

After a completion of your cv and cover letter via our application system, we will review your profile. Next steps are conducting an online assessment and participation in one of our Jobdays. The Jobdays are scheduled between the 18th of February and the 1st of March 2019. During this day, you will complete the entire recruitment process within one day, and hopefully return home with a job offer in your hands!

Kick-Start Your Traineeship


You will get a fulltime kick-start in the first 3 weeks with functional trainings. You will learn about Commerce, Content, and Marketing platforms and about the ins- and outs of Agile Delivery, which is an iterative approach to software delivery that builds software incrementally. Furthermore, you will get creative in Design thinking trainings to get yourself exposed to this new mindset for solving issues.

Develop Your Skills


After the training program you will get the opportunity to start your first project at one of Accenture’s Fortune Global 100 clients. Deep dive in one of the major digital platforms by combining hands on experience with specific platform trainings. You work in a highly collaborative mode with the client and with your team to capture and document business and IT requirements and customer journey flows. You are the linking pin between the client and the development team.

Choose Your Chapter


Accenture Interactive consists of multiple chapters that will enable you to develop the skills that are in line with your interests. A chapter is a subgroup within Accenture Interactive that allows you to focus on a certain subject within Digital Commerce. The combination of trainings and hands-on experience at your project will help you decide which chapter fits best with your background and ambitions. With chapters such as Commerce, Content, Marketing, and Experience, it is up to you which skills you want to develop further.
