Irine Gaasbeek

Irine Gaasbeek is Country Managing Director for Accenture the Netherlands. Irine leads Accenture’s business and operations in our country, with a specific focus on growth by innovation and digital transformation.
Over the past 20 years, Irine has a proven track record of running teams that deliver results. She joined Accenture in 1994, initially working as a business analyst, consultant and program manager on large-scale IT and business transformation programs. In 2003, she worked as senior manager in the utility industry, supporting companies at pivotal periods in their evolution concerning mergers, acquisitions, bundling or unbundling. Irine became a partner in 2006, focused on the resources industry, and in 2010 became head of Accenture’s SAP practice in the Netherlands. From March 2014 until May 2018, she was responsible for the Financial Services practice in the Netherlands.
While her background is predominantly focused on system implementation and IT transformation, she is—first and foremost—driven by relationships. At the heart of her work is a belief in building relationships founded on honesty, transparency and integrity. This means delivering on promises, however complex or innovative the challenge.
Irine acquired an MSc in Applied Mathematics at the Technical University in Delft. When not at work, she's passionate about traveling to off-the-beaten-track destinations.
