Inge Oosterhuis is a Managing Director Talent & Organization for the European resources industry at Accenture. She has recently re-joined the company after taking on jobs at Shell and Maersk Oil respectively.
Throughout the 20+ years of her career, Inge has developed expertise in the field of workforce transformations/change management/talent and HR. That resulted in having led a variety of large transformations, including organizational redesign, integration of new companies, culture and process change and large scale IT implementations.
