Welcome to the next session in our Experience Sharing webcast series. In this episode, we'll discuss how ABB implemented the biggest digital transformation of its history, using Salesforce technologies.

The FACE program (Future ABB Customer Experience) was a complete redesign of the Campaign to Quote, Quote to Cash, and Cash to Service processes for the whole company. It allowed ABB to use a truly 360-degree view of their customers, to improve ABB's understanding of their customers' needs and boost their satisfaction. 

Today, ABB has more than 30,000 sales and service users who serve their customers across the globe using one single platform. The company's ambition is to build a stronger, direct connection between the platform and its customers and installed base. To work more proactively with their customers by predicting rather than simply reacting to their needs.
