Stephanie is a managing director in Accenture Consulting based in Chicago. She leads the HR and talent group in Accenture’s North America oil and gas practice. Stephanie has been with Accenture for over 15 years leading and supporting transformation programs for clients in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has experience working with upstream, downstream and midstream clients across both the front and back offices. Stephanie has played leadership roles in a variety of transformation programs focusing on the areas of HR and talent, integrated workforce planning (employee and contractors), learning, strategic culture change, operating model design and design and implementation of complex change programs, including merger and acquisitions.
Brian is a managing director in Accenture Consulting based in Houston, where he focuses his work on energy clients. He has helped his North American clients improve capital efficiency, speed of development, and reduce operating costs over the past 12 years. His work has spanned upstream, midstream, and downstream as well as top tier oilfield service and equipment suppliers. Brian has extensive experience in unconventionals (coal-bed methane, tight gas, and shale gas⁄tight oil). His work in oilfield services has included major operational redesign, with a heavy focus on realignment of human capital roles and responsibilities. His work in downstream and chemicals includes post-merger integration, operational efficiency, maintenance and reliability, and labor efficiency.
Robert has more than 20 years of experience working in various industries and roles. His areas of focus include emerging technologies, data visualization, visual intelligence, advanced analytics, and management reporting. Robert was the architect for all standardized client reporting used by Accenture including the first digital dashboards used by the company’s c-suite. Robert has also created the design for several digital analytics applications currently being displayed in several of Accenture’s innovation centers.
