What I do

As a visual designer, I help our clients understand their customers’ needs. Together with my team, we create seamless and positive end-to-end customer experiences, with sustainability and brand loyalty in mind. We constantly collaborate with our clients to ensure that our strategies align with their business goals.

Our goal as a team is to create meaningful user experiences that not only solve real-world problems but are also enjoyable to use. To make this possible, we observe user patterns and combine functionality and aesthetics to design solutions.

A day in my life

Every day is different here at Accenture! Our range of work is very wide. We conduct customer interviews and workshops, research, explore pain points, ideate and build prototypes—anything to help our client deliver immersive consumer experiences.

Depending on the phase of the project, we spend some days validating and iterating our solution. We ensure that only the best applications go live. I feel proudest when we see our solution delivers the promised results.

The most exciting project I’ve been part of was a digital transformation effort for one of the world’s leading aviation hubs. We needed to drive market value using data analytics. Our team oversaw identifying, developing, testing, plotting and scaling digital products in an agile way. I was able to observe how everyone collaborated to deliver client value. It was especially exciting because there was a new hypothesis to test almost every single week to create the best solution possible.

I’m interested in learning new skills, so I keep myself updated with the latest trends. I also like spending time with my family and dogs. On weekends, I enjoy reading sappy romance novels and indulge myself in playing games

My advice

Learn and adapt—be proactive and don’t be afraid to reach out to your peers for support. Take advantage of our fast-paced environment and training initiatives. Once you think you’ve learned enough, teach and spread your roots. Trust me, it’s a rewarding cycle.
