KYC Analyst - Mandarin Speaking
Job Summary:
The KYC Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Marketing Development Funds, including screening applications, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating fund allocation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Screening: Review and evaluate MDF applications to ensure they meet eligibility criteria and align with company policies.
- Compliance Management: Verify that all MDF requests comply with legal, financial, and marketing guidelines.
- Fund Allocation: Process approved applications and coordinate fund disbursement in collaboration with finance teams.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of MDF applications, approvals, and fund usage for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing and alignment with strategic goals.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on MDF utilization, effectiveness, and ROI to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline MDF processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in fund management, marketing operations, or financial processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SAP, or other financial management systems.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and financial compliance regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with MDF programs and processes.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
