Roles and Responsibilities:

Media Buying Strategy, Optimization & Performance Management 

  • Govern the planning, allocation, and optimization of media investments across digital and traditional channels. 

  • Ensure all media strategies align with overarching business and marketing objectives. 

  • Continuously refine media strategies to maximize performance across campaigns. 

  • Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with clients to ensure marketing investments deliver maximum impact against defined KPIs. 

  • Act as a strategic liaison, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and effective execution across stakeholders. 

 
Data Analytics & Insights 

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, call out potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively. 

  • Deliver end-to-end analysis, reporting, investigations, and deep dives to generate marketing and commercial insights across new product launches, devices, and channels (Paid, Loyalty, Organic). 

  • Assess marketing spend efficiency and its impact on ROI. Link campaign performance directly to top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. 

Process Optimization 

  • Designed and implemented process improvements to streamline reporting: 

  • Reduced weekly deadlines from >10 to 3, improving efficiency and focus. 

  • Enhanced data investigation cadence from monthly to bi-weekly, expanding scope across multiple channels. 

Your experience counts! 

  • 5 – 7 years for consultants of experience in paid media and data analytics.  

  • Demonstrable experience in SEM, social media, and/or display & video advertising campaigns, SEO, with strong preference towards programmatic advertising platforms, demand-side platforms and data management platforms. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.  

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments 

  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) 

  • Highly collaborative, consistently demonstrating positive engagement with clients and colleagues.
