Media and Graphic Design Senior Analyst - Japanese Speaker
The role is responsible for content adaptation of creative assets. The creative assets will typically involve adaptation of banners, newsletters, videos and landing pages. The Media and Graphics Design Senior Analyst produces complex assets used in the development of digital interfaces based on graphics standards, user experience and best practices to generate web content.
Job Description
- Ensure that projects are resourced appropriately and that allocations are aligned with project requirements.
- Team with project managers to manage strategic design implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the customer and business requirements are identified and documented, acting as the primary CX point of contact for parties outside the immediate team.
- Validate requirements with project managers and provide inputs for improving adaptation of digital assets.
- Create original design ideas and layouts from created comps sent by the client or made for the Creative Lead.
- Create production-quality assets.
Job Qualifications
- University Degree/Bachelor’s degree is necessary and/or certifications are necessary.
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese and English language.
- A true passion for design, creativity, and innovation.
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, and is a quick learner.
- Good communication skills and time management.
- Takes ownership of tasks and ensures their quality.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic level of image editing skills: slicing images, sprites implementation, and image optimization for web.
- Understanding of design fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.).
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a primary focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
