Experience Requirements:

SAP SD/MM Management Consulting:

  • Experience in the Communications & Media industry

  • Experience in delivering SAP projects

  • Preferably with experience in a top-tier consulting firm or leading system integrator

SAP FICO Management Consulting:

  • Experience in the Communications & Media industry

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA delivery

  • Strong experience in Central Finance and knowledge of SAP Simple Finance

  • Strong advantage for candidates with minimum 3–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and with in a client-facing leadership role

Job Summary:

As an executive leader, you will be instrumental in driving SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for clients in the Communications & Media industry. You will combine deep industry expertise, SAP solution knowledge, and delivery excellence to shape strategic roadmaps, lead engagements, and deliver business value. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, account teams, and global platform leadership to identify opportunities, manage high-impact programs, and enable enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead complex SAP S/4HANA engagements from planning through execution, including blueprinting, implementation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Apply deep functional expertise in SD, MM, BRIM, or FICO to design and deploy scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with industry best practices.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, facilitate CRPs, and develop high-quality blueprint and functional specification documents.

  • Oversee RICEFW design, testing, and deployment with a focus on business value realization.

  • Business Development & Client Engagement:

  • Build strategic relationships with Comms & Media account teams and SAP platform leads to identify and convert opportunities into executable projects.

  • Contribute to solution architecture, estimation, and proposal development during RFP processes.

  • Develop accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership assets to enhance delivery and differentiation.

Practice Development & People Leadership:

  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to skill development and practice growth.

  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, develop capability plans, and support career progression of team members.

  • Contribute to internal communities of practice for SAP Digital Supply Chain, BRIM, and Finance.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven consulting background with deep hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations

  • Functional expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes

  • Experience with Central Finance, Simple Finance, or SAP BRIM is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage C-level stakeholders

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies with minimal supervision

Strong capabilities in:

  • Process assessment and design (As-Is/To-Be)

  • Fit-gap analysis and business case creation

  • Leading design workshops and executive stakeholder discussions

Proficiency in preparing:

  • Functional and configuration documents

  • Test cases, traceability matrices, and process flows

Additional advantages to be selected in this role, if you have:

  • Minimum 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations including leadership roles

  • Experience in High-Tech, Enterprise Tech, Telecom, or Consumer Tech SAP transformations

  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills across business and IT stakeholders

  • Ability to link SAP solution delivery with measurable business outcomes

  • Drive data migration, cutover strategy, and change management planning
