The Sales Incentives Management Support is responsible for implementing and administering sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate commission calculations, and analyzing sales data to evaluate program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan Implementation: Collaborate with client leadership to design and execute incentive plans across sales channels.
  • Data Analysis: Assess sales performance, identify trends, and evaluate plan impact.
  • Sales Alignment: Align incentives with business goals and sales strategy.
  • Communication & Training: Explain plan details to sales teams and provide support.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report performance against incentive metrics.
  • Compliance & Systems: Ensure legal compliance and manage incentive systems for accurate payouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, HR, and sales ops for smooth program execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven background in sales operations within a BPO environment, with experience managing large teams and complex data.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and incentive structures.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights from reports.
  • Compensation Expertise: Skilled in implementing sales incentive and commission plans.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and incentive management software.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
