Job Summary:


We are seeking a Junior Developer to support the Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) on the Shared Platform team. The role focuses on development and support of solutions built using IBM Case Manager, Filenet, and integrated with Oracle databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and Dojo-based ICM widgets, along with a solid foundation in SQL.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business workflow solutions using IBM Case Manager (ICM) and Filenet.

  • Develop and customize ICN (IBM Content Navigator) components and Dojo widgets to enhance case-based UIs.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for Oracle database integration.

  • Implement backend services in Java to support workflow logic and system integrations.

  • Support system testing, deployment, and issue resolution in open system environments.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and testers to understand requirements and deliver enhancements and bug fixes.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application development for L2

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development for L3.

  • Experience working with Oracle databases.

  • Familiarity with open system platforms and enterprise development workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • IBM Case Manager

  • Filenet

  • IBM Content Navigator (ICN)

  • Dojo Toolkit and custom ICM widgets

  • Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Technical Environment:

  • Languages/Technologies: ASP.Net, C#, T-SQL, JavaScript, CSS

  • Platforms/Tools: DocuSign, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio

  • Database: SQL Server 2016

  • Servers/OS: Windows Server 2016, Linux
