Recruiting Associate Manager
We are seeking a Recruiting Associate Manager to lead and guide the recruiting team while serving as a strategic talent advisor to the business. This role requires a proactive approach in developing hiring strategies, building strong partnerships with business and HR leaders, and ensuring a high-performing recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
- Lead and guide the recruiting team, ensuring best practices in full-cycle hiring while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier experienced talent in a competitive market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, providing market intelligence, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee talent sourcing strategies, leveraging industry expertise to shape effective engagement with top talent across all roles.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with tech communities, universities, and industry partners to develop sustainable talent pipelines.
- While not responsible for direct hands-on recruiting, the candidate should be willing to step in when necessary to troubleshoot challenges and drive hiring success.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach recruiters to enhance their capabilities and ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing recruiting culture, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on hiring best practices, employer branding, and candidate engagement to the team.
- Partner with global and regional recruiting teams to align on best practices, tools, and processes.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Partner closely with HR, Business Leaders, and Country HR teams to align hiring needs with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with recruitment policies, governance, and fair hiring practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employer branding initiatives and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in tech and consulting hiring.
Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior business leaders.
Deep understanding of the tech industry, emerging trends, and in-demand skill sets.
Strong experience in talent market insights, workforce planning, and external partnerships.
Experience working with HR, country leadership, and external auditors on compliance and governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
