Job Summary
As a Senior Developer/Engineer in the GIPS - SBE Build sub-domain, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Windows and VMware environments. You will lead automation, scripting, and system administration efforts while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems integrated with Oracle/MySQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Windows Server and VMware infrastructure.
Develop and optimize PowerShell and Python scripts for automation and system administration.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows/VMware performance issues.
Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability.
Optimize database connectivity and integration for Oracle/MySQL.
Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-9 years of experience in Windows Server and VMware administration.
Expertise in PowerShell, Python scripting, and Windows infrastructure automation.
Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and security best practices.
Experience with Oracle/MySQL database administration and integration.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive system improvements.
