We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Scientist Consultant or Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network: Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in organizational psychology, data analytics, and strategic planning to assist organizations in enhancing their performance and achieving their goals. You will work closely with clients to identify challenges within their organizational structures and cultures, conducting thorough assessments and analyses. Your insights will guide the development of tailored solutions that address complex business issues, promoting effective decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As an Organizational Scientist Consultant, you will not only provide data-driven recommendations but also support clients in the implementation of these strategies to ensure sustainable growth and success. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to a stimulating work environment that values innovation, creativity, and responsiveness. Job Responsibilities:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights Org Science Consultant/Manager in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:  

  • Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement 

  • Analyze organizational data to derive actionable insights and strategies 

  • Develop metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success. 

  • Design framework for organizational concepts, statistically validated questionnaires and other forms of assessment 

  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis 

  • Build out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesis 

  • Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts 

  • Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and strategies 

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective change management or talent initiatives 

  • Stay updated on industry trends/best practices and contribute to innovation, new product development or thought leadership in the people and organization analytics space 

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline such as Behavioral Science, Data Science, or Applied Statistics.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in organizational assessment, talent management consulting, or applied organizational research, with deep familiarity with behavioral science theories, psychometric assessment, and evidence-based interventions to improve workplace outcomes.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading organizational diagnostics, including employee engagement surveys, culture assessments, leadership evaluations, and job/task analysis with a focus on turning behavioral data into actionable strategies that support performance, well-being, and organizational alignment.

  • Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including multivariate statistics, regression modeling, latent variable analysis (e.g., factor analysis, SEM), and longitudinal data analysis.

  • Experience applying machine learning techniques (e.g., Self-Organizing Maps, SVMs, Boosting Methods, Neural Networks) to predict and model employee behavior, team dynamics, or organizational performance.   

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and insights tailored to executive and non-technical stakeholders.  

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Effective in both independent research roles and cross-functional teams, managing multiple client engagements or internal projects with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Strong knowledge of contemporary I/O psychology topics, including diversity and inclusion, employee motivation, leadership development, organizational culture, and change management frameworks.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools used for data interpretation and visualization tools: R-Programming/ Python language 

  • Exposure to data engineering & hands-on experience with APIs & writing SQL query would be an added advantage
