Position Overview:
We are seeking a Data Functional Expert - NTO PP/PM R3.5 to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of data and systems to support production and plant maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and intermediate proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP). They will also contribute to process improvement, data accuracy, and system optimization in alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Functional Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP PM and SAP PP modules, providing advanced-level support and guidance to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SAP-based solutions for production and maintenance workflows.
Configure and maintain SAP PM and PP modules to optimize system performance.
Data Management and Analysis:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data related to production and plant maintenance.
Analyze system data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
Process Improvement:
Work with stakeholders to streamline and improve production and maintenance processes.
Recommend system enhancements and collaborate on implementation to align with business needs.
Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on SAP PM and PP functionalities.
Offer ongoing technical support to address system issues and ensure seamless operations.
Project Collaboration:
Participate in cross-functional projects, leveraging SAP expertise to deliver high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and test new system functionalities or upgrades.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Intermediate proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP).
At least 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM).
Beginner proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Expert-level proficiency in software testing.
Master-level proficiency in project management.
