About the role
What you need to know:
1. Oversee Treasury function in ensuring collection & banking transactions is accurate, timely, and compliant with local and overseas regulations and client policies and standards. This includes:
Provide daily/monthly Bank statement to support Collection & GL for bank reconciliation
Process bank transfer between bank accounts.
Daily check the collection transaction i.e. cheque, credit card, pay, business partner etc. and provide daily receipt register as appropriately.
Process FX trade execute and recording transaction via Treasury system (Kyriba) as Global Capital Markets (GCM) procedure.
2. Control & update-to-date bank account record in Treasury system (Kyriba) with Global Admin team for any changes related to all bank accounts.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
More than 1 yeof relevant experience in treasury, preferably in an insurance company.
Business level Thai (written/spoken). Business level for written English a must, for spoken English preferred.
Accounting & Tax knowledge.
Experience with supervisor roles and display problem-solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and external parties.
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail.
Basic computer skills with prior experience working with accounting software and MS Office i.e. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
