Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Services Associate Manager to lead a client-facing team within the investment management industry. The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 members, supporting operational services for Asia markets (eg. China and Japan).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for capital markets clients, ensuring high-quality service and fostering strong client relationships.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of up to 20 members, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals and maintain client satisfaction.
Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the team while meeting industry and compliance standards.
Market Expertise: Utilize knowledge of capital markets and investment management trends specific to the Mandarin and Japanese markets, providing insights to enhance client service.
Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with global stakeholders to align operations with overall organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in capital markets, investment management, or related fields, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong client service orientation, effective communication, team management, and knowledge of capital markets operations.
Preferred Language Proficiency: Fluency in either Mandarin or Japanese as additional will be an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
