Job Description

  • Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs for Ariba P2P solutions
  • Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
  • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
  • Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Ariba Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives.
  • This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients.
  • Supporting day to day business needs for Ariba P2P
  • Manage Ariba P2P Implementations which would require writing requirements, performing Demo’s, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years Ariba Experience
  • Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results
  • High level of proficiency using Procurement concepts
  • Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives
  • Excellent experience with MS Office products.
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process improvement activities.
