Job Description
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs for Ariba P2P solutions
- Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
- Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Ariba Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives.
- This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients.
- Supporting day to day business needs for Ariba P2P
- Manage Ariba P2P Implementations which would require writing requirements, performing Demo’s, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years Ariba Experience
- Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results
- High level of proficiency using Procurement concepts
- Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives
- Excellent experience with MS Office products.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process improvement activities.
