Payroll Support and Governance:
- Provide support and governance to payroll-related matters and issues that require CoE support, including year-end amendments, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of payroll issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Year-End Activities:
- Participate in year-end processes for in-house payroll, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of activities according to the project plan.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all year-end payroll activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
Payroll Improvement Initiatives:
- Manage payroll improvement initiatives by conducting impact assessments and engaging with internal teams.
- Introduce and implement payroll improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Perform post-deployment governance to monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, HR operations, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.
- Proven experience in managing payroll improvement initiatives and conducting impact assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems.
