Job Description
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) ML/AI/Analytics Engineer in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:
- Develop analytics/AI-driven applications that automatically identify and generate client-ready insights and content for various Organizational Analytics solutions.
- Manage the model lifecycle including data preparation, model training, model evaluation, and monitoring.
- Develop diagnostics and prescriptive analytics models. This includes running numeric simulations leveraging statistic or machine learning techniques such as self-organizing maps, boosting methods, support vector machines neural network etc.
- Collaborate with NLP Data Scientists to integrate text analytics and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automating the synthesis and generation of insights. This includes working with cloud platforms and services for GenAI development, such as Azure for using OpenAI models.
- Collaborate with Org Scientists and Analysts to understand framework design organizational concepts and linking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts.
- Doing custom analytics to deliver insights to clients.
- Propose AI initiatives and solutions for discovering and automating data-driven insights at scale.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computational Science, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
- Conceptual clarity with fundamentals of statistics
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business data analysis and research related to Computational Science/ Data Engineering/ Statistical Model Development/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence
- Data fluency and working knowledge of machine learning models
- Some exposure to data engineering & hands-on experience with APIs & writing SQL query would be an add on
- Desirable: Code (e.g., Python, R ) developer experience, including writing and testing code, debugging programs and deploying the models or integrating applications with third-party web services
- Is generally curious & has a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Is able to think critically & out-of-the box.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
