Skill Overview:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in digital commerce functional consulting or as a business analyst.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute commerce strategies specifically tailored for TikTok, leveraging platform features and industry best practices to achieve business goals.
- Platform Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce), and Adobe Magento to guide clients in defining and optimizing their digital commerce processes and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, development, and testing teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.
- Business User Configuration: Configure business user tasks within digital commerce platforms and provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation and usage.
- Requirement Translation: Translate business language into user stories and requirements that can be understood and implemented by technical teams. Ensure clarity and precision in documentation and communication.
- Demonstrations and Feedback: Conduct working demonstrations of platform functionality for business stakeholders, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Agile Engagement: Proactively engage with the business to identify key metrics and evaluation criteria. Provide actionable recommendations based on data and insights.
- Solution Workshops: Lead requirement gathering and solution design workshops, preparing comprehensive solution and functional blueprints. Drive client engagements with minimal supervision, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. An MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 business school is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of functional consulting experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce), or Adobe Magento. Extensive hands-on experience in digital commerce implementation, including requirement gathering, design, and deployment.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in onsite client interactions, driving key activities, and managing engagements with minimal supervision.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- E-Commerce Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Adobe Magento
- SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)
- Regional Experience: Experience working with South East Asian clients or in South East Asia is advantageous.
- Platform Understanding: Deep understanding of the capabilities and constraints of e-commerce platforms.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to create business cases and strategic transformation roadmaps based on market trends in e-commerce.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
