Job Description
The candidate will be part of the Murex testing/EOD stream responsible for configuring and executing EOD runs in test environments. The ideal candidate should have worked with Murex in EOD/Support role for minimum 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
To schedule, execute and support EOD runs in SIT/UAT environments for projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-1.5 years exp in supporting Murex 3.1 End of Day batch
- Knowledge of schedulers including Control-m or Autosys or Cronjob
- Strong knowledge of Murex modules
- Strong knowledge of debugging issues on Murex
- Good knowledge of different murex modules like workflow, reports etc.
- Monitor Murex based support tickets, provide support with all end-user issues, escalate issues to the support manager as needed.
- Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with end users to troubleshoot issues and bring to resolution.
- Ability to not only diagnose Murex issues but effectively train internal support staff on how to diagnose similar issues going forward.
- Contribute to customer and support analyst “how to” documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints.
