Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate new features, component in Java EE / Spring boot framework applications.
  • Scale and maintain the backend services. Focus on performance and code efficiency.
  • Analyze business requirements and define the scope of software development. This also includes developing interactive prototype and mock-ups.
  • Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes.
  • Play proactive support role and take ownership in technical issues and ability to work with internal and external team to resolve / address the relevant solution or issue.
  • Gather, document and analyze business requirements in order to help define scope of software development initiatives. May include web/mobile page mock-ups and interaction prototyping.
  • Produce and maintain documentation related to application software (e.q. scope requirements, logical and technical designs, testing and implementation plans).
  • Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user reported issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Java Core or latest Java programming language.
  • Familiar in development as well as implemented applications using multiple RDBMS such as MSSQL and Oracle DB.
  • Hands on experience in Spring Boot, web services such as REST API and MQ integration.
  • Have knowledge in Linux / Unix OS.
