Practice Overview:
The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.
The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define marketing and campaign strategies, design and implement Campaign Management/Martech/AdTech solutions and help optimize our client’s marketing campaigns and operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Management: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising). Utilize data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Define data requirements and leverage advanced analytics to derive actionable insights. Conduct comprehensive data analysis, including multivariate experiments and A/B testing, to optimize marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
- Mar-Tech Implementation: Manage and utilize marketing technology tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Oversee the integration and optimization of these tools to enhance marketing performance.
- Behavioral Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to refine and optimize marketing strategies. Use insights to tailor campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and drive conversion rates.
- Campaign Optimization: Implement a continuous improvement approach by monitoring campaign performance, adjusting budgets, reallocating resources, and modifying channel mixes and creative assets to achieve optimal results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies. Facilitate collaborative efforts to drive successful outcomes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Provide detailed reporting and analysis on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing campaigns. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and data analytics. Apply innovative approaches to enhance campaign strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Training and Development: Mentor and support team members in digital marketing and data analytics best practices. Share knowledge and facilitate training to build internal expertise and capability.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Digital Marketing certifications, Mar-tech tools certifications
Experience:
- Industry Experience: min 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on data analytics and campaign management within industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, etc.
- Campaign Management: Proven track record in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Data Analytics Expertise: Advanced proficiency in defining data requirements, conducting data analysis, and utilizing insights for campaign optimization. Experience with analytical and data visualization tools is essential.
- Experience of working in South East Asia / with South East Asian clients
- Managing full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery
- Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement
- Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns
- Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools
- Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities
- Developing business case for campaign strategies, technology solutions
- Developing / supporting development of martech platform technology
- Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problems
- Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solution
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
- Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
- Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls, and technology
- Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
