Job Description
Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates with the required technical skills.
Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for technical roles.
Conducting Initial Interviews: Conducting phone or initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical teams.
Maintaining Candidate Database: Updating and maintaining candidate databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and relevant candidate information.
Providing Feedback: Communicating feedback to candidates after interviews and keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Recruitment is relevant to the role. Technical recruitment background is preferred and advantage.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate English language skill
- Willing to work on 1 year contract.
