Job Description

  • Reporting to accountant and finance manager
  • Accountable for day-to-day accounting and month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate completion of management and statutory reporting. Ensure closing is completed within the stipulated deadline
  • Perform periodic reconciliation of selected ledger accounts on monthly basis
  • Assist in preparing detailed information for quarter reporting to authorities and US.
  • Responsible for maintaining fixed assets register. Liase with operation team for fixed asset reconciliation. Assist in annual fixed assets sighting.
  • Any other ad hoc-related assignments.

Qualifications

  • Posses Diploma or Degree in accounting or other relevant professional qualification
  • Full set experience / 3-4 years in related finance field.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in US GAAP and SAP is an added advantage.
  • Able to travel when required.
