Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible to working closely with his/her Manager to ensure that all client accounts managed by his/her Manager have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client.
Handling the Performance Account independently for various clients across Search, display, Social, Video platform etc
Understanding briefs to create media plans for different online channels (Search, Social, Display, etc)
Managing campaigns across digital channels like search, social, display, video
Collaborating with Cross Teams
Provide recommendations looking at the search keyword opportunities & brand target audience
Campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid media in accordance with client goals
Ability to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, and goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other tracking requirements. Able to churn out reports with insights for campaigns
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience, preferably in an agency environment
In-Depth Knowledge on Campaign management on Major Ad platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Shopping, Display, Video & App Campaigns) and Facebook (Catalogue, Conversion & App Campaigns)
Ability to perform daily account management of Paid accounts on Google AdWords, Facebook for a variety of clients
Ability to plan & execute performance marketing strategies
Should have an analytical and structured approach of working, and excellent logical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Excellent verbal and written fluency in English
Ability to prioritize work and be a strong player in a team-oriented environment High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Google & Facebook Certifications will be an added advantage
