 Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for clients' websites, aiming to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including meta tags optimization, content optimization, link building, and social media optimization. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools, e.g SEMrush Identify technical issues or areas of improvement on clients' websites, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and content creation.
  • Generate and present detailed SEO reports, including website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to clients on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and algorithm updates, and proactively adjust SEO strategies to maintain or improve search rankings.
  • Monitor competitors' SEO activities and trends to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies to outperform them.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital, or relevant years of experience in the industry
  • Proven experience working in SEO, either in an agency or in-house environment. Portfolio or case studies will need to be presented during interview.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website structure and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain SEO strategies and results to clients.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
