The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the S&C Global Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Extensive experience in designing and managing marketing campaigns within the industry, utilizing programmatic marketing techniques to optimize campaign performance.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns.
- Mar-tech Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Mar-tech tools, including Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media/organic marketing tools.
- Data-Driven Campaigns: Define data requirements and utilize relevant insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
- Experimentation and A/B Testing: Conduct multivariate experiments and A/B testing with clear rationale and defined outcomes for each experiment.
- Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer behavior to plan and optimize campaigns across marketing channels and messaging.
- Agile Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns with an agile approach, modifying budgets, channel mix, creative requirements, etc.
- Independent Initiative: Ability to drive campaigns with minimal supervision and work independently from onshore/offshore locations.
- Collaboration: Establish and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- ROI Calculation: Calculate and simulate the impact of leads generated through digital channels and quantify channel ROI.
