Practice Overview: 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the S&C Global Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics Integration: Incorporate data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from client data, enabling informed decision-making in e-commerce strategies.
  • In-depth Industry Insight: Utilize data analytics to gain a deeper understanding of industry trends and dynamics, contributing to the development of innovative e-commerce solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and data-driven technical solutions.
  • Business Process Enhancement: Leverage data analytics to identify process improvements and optimizations in e-commerce operations.
  • User Story Development: Translate business language into data-driven user stories and requirements that align with technology team capabilities.
  • Demonstration of Platform Functionality: Utilize data analytics insights to provide working demos to clients, showcasing the functionality and benefits of proposed e-commerce solutions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Drive and manage UAT processes, incorporating data analytics to assess and refine e-commerce platform performance based on user feedback.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of digital commerce functional consulting/business analyst experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of integrating data analytics into e-commerce strategies, optimizing performance.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following e-commerce platforms:
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Adobe Magento
  • SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)
  • Agile Methodology: Experience delivering engagements in Digital Transformation areas using Agile Methodology.
  • Data Analytics Certification: Possession of relevant data analytics certifications is advantageous.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to create business cases and strategic transformation roadmaps based on market trends.
  • E-commerce platform skills are mandatory.
