Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Workshops, translate business requirements, write user-stories and test scenarios, conduct trainings.
- Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and provide strategic recommendations.
Role Description:
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in ERP implementation projects preferably in Utility or Energy sectors.
- Understanding of SAP IFCA / SAP ISU.
- Experience in business systems analysis, process engineering, process / organizational transformation, and project management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, writing user stories, conducting user training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) and other Business Analysis (BA) documentation abilities.
- Ability to liaison between technology teams and client to ensure successful delivery.
- Domain experience in electricity, gas or water utilities industries will be added advantage.
- Candidate should have good communication skills (business communication skills). Strong
communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and proactive thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
