Workflow Manager, the single POC to take in all the Requests related to Graphic designing and Copywriting, assess the briefs and the campaign mechanism. Pass it on to the offshore graphic designers to get the mockups/assets created. The offshore graphic designers (from other regions) will be responsible for executing the following activities You will ensure that the offshore Graphic designing team completes the task as per the original brief and meet the Brand Guidelines. They will also provide recommendations on the historical assets and how those graphic assets were helpful in meeting the campaign objectives.
Management of workflow, i.e., optimization of workflow through automation.
Mapping, planning, and coordinating activities regarding Graphic Designing and Copywriting efforts.
Managing risk, complaints, and feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
Supports the SVC team management by providing staffing requirements for the Graphic Designing and Copywriting needs as per the Markets/Brands.
Creates daily level capacity plan for the SVC (Service Centre) Graphics team and resolves the differences between this plan to the monthly plan provided by the global capacity planning team.
Coordinates with local site operations and the global capacity planning team to analyze historical data for Graphic designing requests and forecast demand for that site.
Management of the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).
Building a solid relationship with the SVC team to ensure proper execution of the Graphic Designers capacity plan and provide general education regarding the best workflow management practices to optimize the Tasks /activities sent by the Markets/Brands.
Provides the optimal workflow and capacity planning solutions for the upcoming initiatives and new service launches at the site related to Graphic Efforts.
Working with OBM to brainstorm on the graphic concept, and mock-up, e.g., SIS.
Work closely with OBM to ensure the Key Visuals/Banner design adheres to Brand Guidelines and is effective.
Able to support Client during BAU, Campaign, and Mega Days period.
To share best practices and learnings across divisions/platforms.
Able to translate the request into a campaign brief for Variable team execution, e.g., Graphic designers, copywriters, etc.
