Experience with the implementation of SAP CRM
Ability to work collaboratively with project team members through the design and build of the new business processes
Ability where needed to drive down into the detail of application use and get hands on with the system
Considered a business expert in your functional area
Results driven, yet highly team-oriented
Can operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment
Ability to communicate to all levels in the organization
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
5-8 years experience

Good to have skills
Experience in Six Sigma, Lean or other process-oriented techniques
Personal attributes - Program management skills including time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
