Job Description:

- Provide Business Operations support for Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Workday and Oracle Business Groups in AAPAC and ANZ

- Manage the weekly Intelligent Platform Services (IPS) Business cadences including agenda planning, materials preparation, facilitation during meeting.

- Provide analysis of business performance to the AAPAC and ANZ Technology leadership team

- Program Manage and facilitate the account / portfolio review process, and initiatives that the AAPAC and ANZ IPS Leads embark on to drive Business growth or performance.

- Act as primary contact for all AAPAC and ANZ IPS Business Operations related matters and as escalation point for local finance management related to that Business

- Responsible for coordinating / preparing materials for monthly AAPAC and ANZ leadership reviews

- Drive local implementation of global Intelligent Platform Services processes / initiatives.

- Collaborate with other AAPAC Technology Business Operations team members on AAPAC Technology wide initiatives or programs.

- May be responsible for key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams.

- Manage continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics, and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.

• Partner / collaborate with the AAPAC Technology MU and Practice Operations leads to ensure consistent approach and common understanding of key topics

• Establish, coordinate, and help manage appropriate market governance and leadership cadence

• Support in the provision of regular management information, metrics, analysis and insights to facilitate the governance meetings

• Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support AAPAC Technology and provide additional support as needed

- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
