Practice Overview: 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation,  Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 

The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.  

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define marketing and campaign strategies, design and implement Campaign Management/Martech/AdTech solutions and help optimize our client’s marketing campaigns and operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ideate and execute on compelling design workshops

  • Identify use cases and user journeys that can benefit from conversational experiences.

  • Own every stage of the conversation design process, from research and design to conversational scripting and QA.

  • Define NLP requirements and work with the AI/Discovery team to deliver solutions

  • Advise clients on industry best practices (when appropriate)

  • Accurately estimate time to complete work

  • Continually experiment with new tools and technologies

  • Ability to research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients

  • Collaborate with other designers, both offshore & onshore, including Co product managers, developers, UX designers and other stakeholders across the organization.

  • Provide useful contributions to team meetings and conversations, actively participating in client meetings and workshops- Ability to create hypothesis based on understanding of clients’ issues



Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Master of Business Administration / Bachelors Degree in any related field

Experience: 

  • 5+ years digital experience. Solid knowledge of industry tools and understanding of designing intuitive and responsive user experiences.

  • Experience developing interaction models using conversational platforms

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design processes

  • Consulting experience (Optional)

  • Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking. Strong handle of layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition as applied to web and mobile experiences. Maintains a meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables

  • Can work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team. As a designer, you will not only be expected to bring your own creative ideas to the table but also flawlessly execute on the shared project vision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when talking about design and collaborating with other team members. Has a strong digital and web vocabulary and can speak confidently to clients about web platforms, how designs will function and how designs will be implemented.

  • Comfortable working efficiently in the Botmock, Visio, Adobe HD and Figma. Dev ops knowledge is a bonus. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred but not mandatory

  • Excellent and efficient organizational and time management skills. Able to self-manage and prioritize tasks to ensure work is delivered on time and of the highest quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment 

  • Exposure to the process of developing capability
