About the role

As a Strategic Planning Director at Entropia, Part of Accenture Interactive, you are responsible for the development of brand and communication strategies to support one of our clients’ business’s needs. The incumbent focuses upon assessing the client’s challenge and proposing the optimal solution based on the most relevant marketing discipline(s). In this role, the incumbent supports the Account Management team with providing market insight, discipline knowledge and research analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver data-driven integrated communication strategies to key clients with close collaboration with creative and media teams within the network

  • Identify strong consumer insights that drives creative strategic solutions addressing the client’s business challenges

  • Develop and write briefs based on client’s briefs that address any issues/opportunities clients may have

  • Be involved in research to derive insights, measure results of campaigns and explore new opportunities for brands

  • Develop strategy planning tools and methodologies

  • Train and mentor junior planners on using the agency process, methodology and grow their skills and talent

  • Take leading role in new business pitches & upselling clients



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Creative Strategy Planning (data and/or media knowledge is a plus)

  • Hands-on experience in planning at every stage of brand and communication strategy Knowledge in marketing and media landscapes including but not limited to paid search, social, programmatic, analytics and key trends shaping the industry today

  • Experience in analyzing marketing problems, brand tracking research and research tools to uncover insights and spot opportunities

  • Experience in working with Account management and C-Suite level stakeholders to develop highly creative campaigns

  • A storyteller who thrives on finding the connective tissue between insight and solutions

  • A Creative problem solver

  • A believer and implementer of big brand thinking and consumer-centric experience

  • Skilled in oral and written communications in English

  • Digital savvy

  • A team player across all functions

  • Ability to manage and mentor junior members of the team

  • Successful track record leading and managing multiple client assignments
