Combine the latest elements and theories of behavioral psychology to define a new way of change management.

What to expect

  • You not only provide our clients with the right strategies and tools to implement the concept of psychological safety but also advise them on how to use it effectively and efficiently. This also includes coaching their teams on psychological safety and on how to behave to get into the flow zone.
  • In doing so, you drive positive change through behavioral research, give advice on conflict resolution strategies (e.g., through mediation) and use design thinking elements to promote new ways of developing products and other innovations.
  • Following an analytical approach, you help clients achieve complex business transformation.
  • You introduce and build agile organizational structures that enable your clients to reach their strategic aims and generate sustainable value for the organization.
  • Last but not least we count on your creative storytelling, gamification and workshop concepts.

What we’re looking forward to

  • Bachelor’s degree, for example in sociology, psychology, social psychology, philosophy, political science, business psychology or economics, preferably plus Master’s degree, MBA or PhD
  • Ideally consulting/coaching experience, for example in a startup environment focusing on psychological safety or in a broader context of mediation, agile transformation, design thinking or change management
  • Track record in workshop design and facilitation
  • Motivation, high willingness to learn, creativity, strong oral and written communication skills, and fluency in both English and Chinese (for 1 CL5 position fluency in English and Japanese)
  • Strong personality, that systematically analyses client processes to identify improvement potential and solve problems imaginatively


Qualifications

  • Outstanding knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, OKRs
  • Coaching experience in a national environment of 10+ years
  • Psychological Safety expertise and proven introduction of Psychological Safety in a business context
  • Leading of teams of more than 20 people in an international setting
  • Knowledge, conduction and development of gamification workshops
  • Knowledge of storytelling and designing of storytelling workshops and exercises
  • Enablement of managers, analysts and consultants; Team lead experience
  • Professional mediator
  • Ability to scale the business globally
  • Close interaction with ASGR and advanced intercultural communication skills
  • High responsibility and Self-organization
  • Desired corporate and mandatory startup experience OR Mandatory corporate and desired startup experience
  • Growth Mindset (Focus on Learning, Feedback and Development)
  • Mix operational and strategic skills
  • Fluency in Chinese & Japanese an asset
