Practice Overview: 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 

The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.  

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define marketing and campaign strategies, design and implement Campaign Management/Martech/AdTech solutions and help optimize our client’s marketing campaigns and operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.

Principal Duties    

and Responsibilities: 

  • Develops digital marketing strategy/ campaigns by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Focused on business outcomes. 

  • Proven ability to lead digital marketing engagements independently and manage client expectations 

  • Ability to provide thought leadership to drive innovation in digital marketing space 

  • Proven ability to lead business case creations and provide guidance on deriving value for digital marketing initiatives 

  • Demonstrable experience to interact C-Level executives and manage SME level discussions in the space of digital marketing 

  • Maintain and deliver end to end financially viable digital marketing organizations incubated within the Accenture sales house ecosystem 

  • Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects 

  • Develop and manage a team of digital marketing specialists by managing key tasks like work allocation, time management, project SME support, hiring, training etc. 

  • Maintains digital marketing team by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 

  • Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing/ advertising space 

Qualifications: 

  • Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management 

  • Hands on experience on Digital Marketing skills such as SEO/SEM, Social Media, and/or display advertising  

Experience: 

  • Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 8+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.). Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns 

  • Experience of working in South East Asia / with South East Asian clients 

  • Proven experience of client negotiation skills and leading core digital marketing engagements.  

  • Should have worked as a SME in the space of Digital Marketing.  

  • Managing full spectrum of Digital Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery 

  • Defining and managing marketing budgets with a clear view on allocation requirements across media vs non media spends, channel mix, platform requirements etc. 

  • Working experience with real time marketing concepts like next best offer/ action, event-based marketing 

  • Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement strategies leveraging digital marketing concepts. 

  • Ability to identify and define frameworks for marketing planning, execution and optimization activities. Clear grasp of data requirements at each stage with the ability to interpret trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns 

  • Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools 

  • Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities  

  • Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problems 

  • Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques 

 

Key Competencies and Skills: 

  • Proven experience of client negotiation skills and leading core digital marketing engagements.  

  • Should have led large scale digital marketing engagements  

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns 

  • Good to have experience of consumer base management campaigns (Upsell/ Cross-sell and Retention) 

  • Functional experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, other paid marketing/ organic marketing platforms

  • Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles 

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment 

  • Exposure to the process of developing consulting offerings / capabilities
