Role Summary

The agent will implement interactions between the client and the client’s customers / stakeholders. The role will require coordination between internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market. You are a detail oriented and communication focused individual that is comfortable speaking and writing emails to multiple cross functional teams on technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions via incoming emails and chat from customers who are experiencing problems or service required within agreed KPIs.

  • Research, isolate and resolve routine Incidents; escalating complex issues or problems in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Take ownership of issues through the entire process whilst maintaining a great level of communication and attention to detail.

  • Follow internal workflow to improve the team’s effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  • >1 year of customer service or relevant experience.

  • Possessed a Bachelor’s Degree of any field

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Tech savvy

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet various workflow requirements

  • Solid understanding of customer support best practices

  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standards

  • Proactive, flexible individual that is capable of working in a rapidly changing environment
