Location: Kuala Lumpur
We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our Digital Banking L3 Support team. The role involves developing and supporting web-based applications, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring stability and performance of Digital Banking platforms. The candidate will also provide guidance in best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for web-based Digital Banking applications.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain web components, user interfaces, and integration layers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex web and backend issues in collaboration with L2 support and development teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring problems.
- Participate in release management, deployments, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security, coding, and quality standards.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, documentation, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of management reporting
