Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Delivery Manager to lead and manage technology delivery for the Deposits module of the Silverlake Core Banking platform. This role focuses on overseeing Release Management and Quality Assurance (QA) activities in an AS400 environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Silverlake Deposits, strong project leadership abilities, and a background in core banking system implementations or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technology delivery for the Deposits module in Silverlake Core Banking.
Plan and execute Release Management processes including deployment coordination and production readiness.
Oversee Quality Assurance activities: test planning, test case review, defect management, and QA sign-off.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, operations) for timely and quality-driven releases.
Ensure compliance with internal control and audit requirements during release cycles.
Provide status updates, risk assessments, and delivery timelines to business and IT stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to manage change requests, patch deployments, and upgrades.
Maintain documentation for release schedules, QA metrics, and issue logs.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
6–9 years of experience in IT project or delivery management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Silverlake Core Banking – Deposits module.
Technical background with experience in AS400 systems, including DB2, RPG, and COBOL.
Proven track record in Release Management and Quality Assurance processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
