About the Program: 

Working with an International Bank, this is a 3-year Digital Sales & Marketing program spearheaded by Accenture Song. This is a flagship and high-profile program in the Financial Services Industry and in Accenture.  

With a 60+ strong team from Strategy, Accenture Song Creative Studio and MarTech Operations that strategize, conceptualize, creative production and orchestrate the marketing campaigns across platforms to unlock incremental growth for the client. 

About the Role: 

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and conceptually strong Art Director who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and design. You’ll work closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to craft bold visual ideas and campaign concepts that resonate deeply with audiences and clients alike. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop striking visual concepts and campaign ideas that are strategically sound and creatively inspiring. 

  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to craft integrated concepts across multiple platforms, from digital and social to print and film. 

  • Take ownership of the art direction and design aesthetic across projects, ensuring cohesion and visual excellence. 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strong, original ideas to creative discussions. 

  • Present creative work with confidence and clarity to both internal stakeholders and clients. 

  • Guide junior designers and freelancers, providing clear direction and feedback. 

  • Stay current with design trends, technology, and industry developments to keep the creative work fresh and future-facing. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in a creative role with a strong emphasis on visual design and art direction. 

  • A portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, design craft, and a range of creative executions. 

  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and storytelling across digital and traditional media. 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to articulate and defend creative choices. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
