Job Title: System Analyst - E-sign (DocuSign)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior System Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support our Electronic Signature (E-sign) initiatives within the Shared Platform domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, and working with developers and business users to deliver integrated solutions using DocuSign and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including:
  • o BRD (Business Requirement Document)
  • o PDD (Process Design Document)
  • o FSD (Functional Specification Document)
  • Collaborate with development teams, business users, and QA to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
  • Work on workflow design and optimization, ensuring seamless integration of E-sign functionality using DocuSign.
  • Support in the analysis and resolution of issues related to document workflows and platform integration.
  • Participate in meetings, sprint reviews, and requirement walkthroughs.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in business requirement gathering and documentation.
Proficient in creating BRD, PDD, and FSD.
Experience working in coordination with developers and QA teams.
Exposure to or hands-on experience with workflow systems.
Working knowledge of DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
Technical Environment:
Languages/Technologies: ASP.Net, C#, T-SQL, JavaScript, CSS
Platforms/Tools: DocuSign, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio
Database: SQL Server 2016
Servers/OS: Windows Server 2016, Linux

Qualifications
