Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Application Maintenance/Production Support (L3) Developer to support the Silverlake Customer (BWC) platform. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, incident management, change requests, and ensuring the stability of core banking applications on the AS400 system. Experience in DevOps, ALDON, and automation of software deployment on AS400 is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for the BWC Customer File system, troubleshoot RPG-based issues, and resolve production incidents.
Manage deployments and version control using ALDON.
Implement DevOps practices and automate deployments on AS400.
Perform system maintenance, optimize DB2 performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with teams, document solutions, and share knowledge with junior members.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience (3-5 years) in L3 application support within Core Banking.
Hands-on experience in Silverlake Customer (BWC) on AS400.
Strong RPG programming skills.
Knowledge of DB2 database management on AS400.
Experience with ALDON for automated software deployment.
Understanding of DevOps processes and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
