Job Description

Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Exciting challenges await you!

  • Build, configure, and test packaged software & Software as a Service (SaaS) products
  • Develop and test new components or enhancements
  • Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment plan and schedule

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Expert proficiency in Engineering Support
  • Expert proficiency in Application Remediation
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies

  • Advanced Problem-Solving skills
  • Intermediate Project Management skills
  • Beginner Data Analysis skills
