Job Summary
As a Junior Developer/Engineer in the GIPS - SBE Post Build sub-domain, you will support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and middleware platforms running on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution in production and post-build environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and middleware issues on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka.
- Assist in performance tuning, automation, and system monitoring.
- Develop and optimize Unix scripts and SQL queries for automation and issue resolution.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability.
- Work with senior engineers on incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Linux/Middleware engineering and post-build support.
- Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting, SQL, and troubleshooting JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka.
- Basic understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with teams.
